Frequently asked questions

What’s the maximum number of delegates per training course?

To achieve the best outcomes, Aspire recommends cohorts or delegate lists include no more than 12 individuals per course. This ensures everyone receives personal attention and can actively participate.

Can training be delivered remotely or does it have to be on-site?

Both options are available. Remote training is delivered via live virtual sessions (not pre-recorded), and face to face training can be delivered at your location anywhere in the UK. Choose what works best for your team.

Can you combine multiple topics into one bespoke training course?

Absolutely. If a course needs to incorporate several subject areas or be an amalgamation of two subjects, that can be delivered. For example, combining Negotiation with Supplier Relationship Management for comprehensive supplier engagement training.

Do you provide training materials and resources?

Yes. All training courses include comprehensive materials, resources, templates, and practical tools that delegates can use immediately in their roles. Additional documentation can be purchased from our template library.

How long are the training courses?

Courses range from 1-day to 3-day formats depending on the topic. We also offer bespoke durations tailored to your needs and schedule constraints.

Can you perform a GAP analysis to identify our training needs?

Yes. For face to face training, we’re happy to visit your organisation to evaluate training needs and undertake GAP analysis to identify areas where individuals may benefit from additional knowledge or practical training.

Is the training different from CIPS training?

Yes. This is general procurement training for teams and individuals, not CIPS qualification courses. If you’re looking for CIPS Level 3, 4, or 5 training, please see our CIPS Training page.

How do I get a quote for training?

Contact us with details about your training needs, number of delegates, preferred format (remote/on-site), and topics of interest. We’ll provide a detailed quote and can discuss customisation options.
